In an effort to always bring excellence to their clients and to stand out from the rest, the brokers of Trajan Commercial Real Estate felt a responsibility to achieve Commercial Real Estate’s Global Standard for Professional Achievement, which is the CCIM designation.
CCIM
What is the CCIM designation? CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. The CCIM lapel pin denotes that the wearer has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. Each broker had to complete the designation curriculum, which includes Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; Online Ethics Course and Preparing to Negotiate. Then, they had to prepare a portfolio detailing 10 recent transactions that totaled a minimum of $10 million. After the portfolio is submitted, candidates must be accepted by the CCIM Institute to take and pass the Comprehensive Exam, which tests their mastery of the concepts of the CCIM curriculum.
With less than 10,000 professionals around the globe who hold the CCIM designation Ariel & Claudia are a part of an elite group of individuals, who have the pleasure of wearing the CCIM pin.
